Provide the schematic of the board or at least the part that is involving
to UART ISP, RESET, RS232 Headers, RS232 Cable and Power supply of the HMI board. The crosspost to: http://forum.flashmagictool.com/index.php?topic=3642.0 does not show any schematic file. You may also consider this link: http://www.8052.com/forum/read/141973 I have used P89V51RD2FN and P89V51RD2BN to many boards without any problem with UART ISP.
