Hi Maziar,

its absolute new for me, that a STANDARD for graphic LCD exist.

But I know several people, which must put away its old laptop PC, since it was unable to replace the defective LCD with exact the same type and NO STANDARD exist to fit another display.

I know only, that some STANDARD connectors (digital / analog) exist to connect a LCD to a PC graphic card. But there is no software involved and to drive the graphic card, there must exist driver software from the manufacturer.

So my question, which STANDARD mean you ?
