Yes, but Craig is not selling space for ads on the posting space rather the space for commercials is out of the posting space and on the page as such.

I think if I have to sell my stuff by posting on this very space then I owe Craig some money on account of using his site to sell my things.

Exactly like Craig is paid by the advertisers on this page.

So the policy is straight,

I got to advertise here on the postings to make money, well I got to pay Craig as well some money.

So now Craig to decide how much. Flat rates or the proportion of the Price.
