Hi,
I finally got the parts to build some test circuits. Building to the test circuit I included in my previous post, I am only able to get a little over 6V at the load when no voltage is applied to the input of the 4N25. According to the spec. sheet of the MOSFET I am using (http://www.vishay.com/docs/91067/91067.pdf), the on state resistance should only be 0.85 ohms. I need the full voltage at the load when no control voltage is applied at the opto. What have I done wrong here? Thanks, Brian |
