I use now the Flip 1.2.0 Software on Windows NT and it works.

Only for debugging I use Hyperterminal and must disconnect the Flip at first. Then to reprogram I must disconnect Hyperterminal and so on.
If I not meet this order I get error messages. Additional I must set the PSEN jumper to reprogram or remove it to run the program.
And in any case I must do a new reset pulse to switch from one mode to the other.

I use a 20MHz crystal and can use 9600 and 57600 baud.
