... Ramtron never did deeply support these devices.
When i first started to use the micro's i found technical support was a single individual (assumably last man standing from Goal Semi). When you met with Factory and outside Rep's you would find their eye's roll and interest drop the moment you discussed the Micro product line. The FRAM was their core business. To bad, a great design. The SPI interface handles 8 to 32 bit word exchange effortlessly. The MAC/Barrel Shifter combination was very well implemented. p |
