#183803 - Fujitsu - link correction and stuff...

if somebody wants to have FRAM built into microcontroller, albeit not a '51, but this time capable of running out of the FRAM, look at Fujitsu (Fujitsu's own F²MC-8FX 8-bit core) or TI offerings (TI's 16-bit MSP430 core).

Both of those links go to the same TI page!

The Fujitsu parts you're looking for are MB95107B/F108BS/F108BW/D108BS/D108BW/MB95FV100D-101 - I think?

FRAM operates as one of the slave devices connected to the I2C, and the I2C is used to read from or write to FRAM.

So that doesn't look like it can run from FRAM...?

PS

Fujitsu really didn't think through the idea of calling the product line "F²MC-8FX" - in particular, having a "special" character in it like that.

Their own search engine will not accept that as a search string!

D'Oh!!
