#183873 - Working now Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I haven't used their processors - only their ferro-electric RAM chips. At least with them, RAMTRON have suffered from production problems since RAMTRON doesn't have own fabs. For the memories, they have been waiting for IBM to get their fab qualified for the task. Thankfully, TI have managed to step up the production a bit to avoid too big problems with availability. |
