 So if you cut/isolate the PSEN, does the device then start OK every time ? (you could even snip the PSEN on the package ) What is the exact part number of the PLD ? The GAL16V8 data I look at says it has a Pullup resistor, (-100uA) which should not affect PSEN / Boot sense ? There are some SPLD with pin-keep-IO, and those I could see giving PSEN conflict issues. |
