The ATF16V8BQL has a typical measured Static Icc of ~1.5mA, so it is not as low as a 'Z' part, (which are uA-static region parts), but for many designs that run something else, 1.5mA is quite ok. It is also a little cheaper than the ATF16V8CZ :) |
