PSEN pulled low (usually via ~ 1K) on reset release is the standard.
What oscillator does it have ? I also note a AT89C51RC does not mention BOOT, but a AT89C51RC2 does. Is you were 100% accurate on that part code, you might want to find a AT89C51RC2, or a newer AT89LP51Rx2. |
