Aman, if you write 1's to a port, you can pull the pin low ? And I though 8052 was output only device ! Tanks for setting me straight !

What are the necessary precautions for the risk of a damaged device ? Do you mean that something you suggested could damage the 8052 ? Why would you give advice like that ?
