Hello
If I am operating a 8051 at 12MHz, and I want to use a SRAM say of 64K X 8, what maximum access speed of SRAM I should choose.like 120ns/70ns/100ns etc. Kindly let me know minimum and maximum speeds that will suit with 8051 operation |
