intel suggest 302 ns or less for 12 MHz 8032. the Dallas 320 reduces this to 230 ns (@12 MHz). You should really check the data sheet for the RAM and compare against the machine cycle of the processor of choice. Few do this however as SRAMs at 70ns. are garden variety. However a 64K SRAM doesn't strike me as a very general part. regards, p |
