Dear Sirs, I think maybe I have a hardware problem but I dont know where because I checked all pins & wires of microcontroller, latch, EPROM and all are ok. I did a smallest program just to test P3, is just send 55H to P3, this is 10101010 and doesn`t works, I going to make the circuit again in another protoboard and see what happen.
