If you've let the smoke out of your chip [1] (hardware failure), then you can do what you like to the reset & interrupt pins; kick it, bite it as much as you like - you can't resurrect a dead chip! [1] It is well known that electronic components are powered internally by smoke. That's why, if the smoke escapes from a chip, it stops working! |
