I have experience with Hi-Tech, a good product and if you ask tech support you get an answer the same or next day.

I have experience with Keil, a good product and if you ask tech support you get an answer within the next few weeks.

Raisonance has a much touted toolset, I have no experience there, maybe someone will chime in.
