Well, in my case, I'm using an EMP-11 to program my EEPROMs. After I burn 'em, I use the checksum feature of their software to verify.
And I think the AT28C17 is fast enough. It has an access time of 150 ns. I'm still stumped, and I'm a bit worried about this design. (It's my senior college project, AND my first real embedded systems app.) |
