When I power up my board, the controller does not start running the program. All its ports are high. Only when I manually reset the board, the programs run perfect and everything gets set up. I have the usual RC reset circuit with 100 ms time constant connected to a Schmitt trigger inverter and then to a NOR. Why it's not working?
