Yuck. Use the RRC RLC instructions and the carry flag to manipulate your bits, then use MOV ddata, C to shift data out. All the jumps are completely unnecessary.

Check everything with a two channel scope. Are all your levels and timingscorrect ? Is your data stable before you clock the data
