This kind of mistake can happen to any of us, especially under pressure of time. And that, I'm afraid, is going to get worse and worse under the influence of what has been dubbed "the Time-to-Market God".

Fortunately I discovered The Biggest Mistake in my career a day before the delivery date... But I do not get my hopes up too high :-D

Steve: Guru's are supposed to be wise men. Your confession shows both wisdom and courage. If I had a hat, I would take it off :o)
