Confession is good for the soul. re Steves last post I must admit that 90% of my mistakes haave been due to
a) not reading (e.g a SFR having a different address in a different derivative)
b) reading wrong (too fast)
c) relying on knowledge when I should have read again.

Fortunately none left production.
