Get a real ICE. I am currently sitting here with Ceibo, Philips, Metalink and Phyton, they can all do what you want.

The Philips is dirt cheap and works quite well, the limitation is that you can not debug some chips at full speed (it can handle about 80% of the max clock), but -at least in my case- that has not been a problem.
