that works great if you transmit in ascii but its different story if you transmit in binary coz hyper terminal only displays ascii chars.
It will be confusing if you try to test binary transmission with hyper terminal because the thing would be working and you wouldnt see anything on the screen, some times you would see garbage.
When i have time i will do a similar program to hyper terminal that works with both ascii and hex and put it here on the forum.
