Well, 485.... maybe, but PC's do use 485 do they, I'd have to make 2 interfaces rather than 1...

Am I getting this all wrong, but what is the problem here, If I use Opt-isolated chips wo switch the relay, and a separate power supply for the Controller, where is this 'noise' coming from exactly?
