Yes, as you have explained V/F frequency will eventualy be changed as the rms
value of the square wave frequency changed that has been connected to the V/F. But problem is, how would you guarantee that the produced sine wave frequency will be the same as the square wave.
Because the system will be based on open loop (there is no feedback), an equity would merely be a coincidental.
