Hello Pranav,
Couldnt get your question too Clearly into my head but a piece of advice if it helps in anyway. Instead of checkin the routines' states, y dont you make a table of the delays (or whatever) each routine(task) requests for and go on decresing them until they become zero and when they do just inform that particular task.
