#25438 - RE: off topic: faster eprom erasing, how? |
BE CAREFUL, I have had "fast erases" seemingly erase a chip and after programming a bit or two "mysteriously" appeared in the former state. The isssue in erase is COMPLETE and THOROUGH. The erase time is unimportant for production, use flash equivalent during development.
