Hello Mr. Steve,
The datasheet contains manufacturer's test results and I have seen that they measured the ratings at I (out)=5ma and 50 ma, so I don't think that the load is too small. The real problem is with Capacitor ESR, on page 6 of datasheet, there is a graph between load current and capacitor ESR. From this graph, the ESR should be ~5 at I=150 ma (and of course, it should be 5 or less at the desired temperature). Let Vaclav experiment and tell us the results. Regards IA |
