We need 4 uarts to transmit and receive the data, so hardware engineer use this uart.
I tried to write and read this uart as 16c450.but it doesn't work. From the scope, I can see that chip selected and write initialization commands to it, but it didn't send out the data through the serial ports. i saw nothing from scope when i detected transmit pin on serial port.
anybody has idea?
