I want to know the time the resistor will take to burnout

Why do you want a design where a resistor burns out. I assume the question is "can a resistor withstand overload for a short time"

Overloading resistors for a short time (microseconds) can be done safely with CERTAIN resistors. You will need to check the actual resistor data sheet since this varies greatly, some will pop in milliseconds, some will change resistance in milliseconds and then some will just shrug it off if the pulse is short enough.
