Sorry about the RETI. I overlooked it. Henry and Criag, You are right, it is in the ISP itself and I have to substitute RET with RETI. I'll do that and all the other corrections and get back to you.
ALso, you did not say anything abt the NORMAL startup mode. I assume my way is right (just pull out the resister-connection from PSEN to Gnd).

Finally, Criag, is there a way you can add a small function to this site that allows someone to save the question and all its answers together in a text file or something with a single button or something. Its really tedious, esp. if you have many answers, to open each answer and copy the contents into an editor, then move to another answer and repeat the process. Just give it a feasibility study.
