Why did you want to do that? If you have MSIE, you could try using its "offline" mode? Otherwise, I think the product you're looking for is called an "Offline Browser", or "Web Whacker" - try those terms in your favourite Search Engine, and at your favourite Shareware site. Such things also often appear on magazine cover disks.
