I'm sorry about the U using.

I can't use a Triscend E5 because here in Brazil we have problems with supply.

I will use one ALTERA (MAX3000) for the glue logic (chip selects) and for programming the other one (ACEX 1K30) with the code stored in a serial E2PROM (We do this already in another equipment).

The ACEX will generate a pulse per second sincronized with GPS System, control a TCXO to mantain the PPS even if GPS loose signal.
I have also 20 different signals and 10 outputs. All outputs must be capable to provide all the signals. The ACEX will be in charge of doing this.
