As Matt says you need a digital pot chip for this - Dallas have a few, and I have a driver if you want it. DS1267 rings a bell.
Your paragraph doesn't agree with my reference manual, or experience. . Keep Vee grounded or you will be in big trouble. Vss must be 5V or you'll have problems with the inputs. Vdd defines your maximum +ve level, Steve |
