u have two options
1)to calculate exact delay
2)r else u can keep it in a loop untill the key is released by reading the port value
for ex.if no key is pressed then port value will b 0xff n if ny of the key is pressed the value will b not equal to 0xff,so comparin with 0xff u can do it..
