Hello Matt,
I have used the Atmel 90S8515 in my project and still dont like to leave it off. It has a flexible instruction set, good documentation, application notes and a low cost developement kit and gives off that tremendous 8MIPS. If the peripheral features are good enough for you, this is an ideal micro. -Sudharshan |
