Michael Karas, I have seen new latest PCs with programmable system clock and bus speed for example, 66Mhz, 100Mhz or 133MHz bus speed, through BIOS setup without changing hardware. Now i want to know that is there some Lower speed limit exist in communication with peripherals connected to PCI bus. for example, in TV screen if we reduce refresh speed below a certain frequency then flickering will appear. Is there any lower limit exist in PCI bus speed.
