First of all I donot have access to any DPM. But i can use high speed 8k x 8 or 32k x 8 SRAM and some logic with 4066 or 74LS244 or 74LS373 etc, to make it DPM

I have seen many such schemes, I have yet to see one that works totally glich free without creating majir slowdowns on either or both the sides.

What do you mean, "First of all I donot have access to any DPM", they are for sale.
