Actually, figuring out little conversions like this is what makes assembly language so much fun. Asking for and looking up answers online will give you great training as a tax accountant... but it might not be so useful toward a career in assembly language programming. You have to jump in sometime.

P.S. When I teach assembly language, I refer to algorithm creation as "doodle math". Figuring out how to solve these little conversion is very important.
