You really should read the manual ! Certainly 8052-basic, when it was in the chip would burn eproms with its own ISP system. I don't think it will work on an externally rommed version, however, you CAN copy out the running program from RAM, as a text file printed to the output device, and edit that into a HEX file which you CAN burn into ROM, if you know where to locate it (8000H and you know how to fool basic into running it (SEE THE MANUAL)
If you are really desparate I still have some precious stock of the original 8052AH-BASIC... I have done what you are trying to do myself: Three of my earliest 8052 projects were on the BASIC version. Steve |
