Rustu, it takes power to pop chips so your problem is either a power supply sequencing -latchup problem, or it is an external source. One that I have seen cause this type of problem is an arc welder It comes, wreakes havoc and dissapears leaving you to fix massive damage with out an apparent cause Good luck with this Terry
