Hello Deepak S,

The following web site has a good eight channel analog interface logger which fits the requirements you mentioned. The unit basically is made up of two parts. One section uses a 89C2051 which interfaces to an ADC and communicates to second section via serial comm port to a 8051 which is used to store data into a large ram (32 Kilobytes) and talk to an IBM compatible computer via the comm port.

I have built this unit and it works great!
