they are possibly better now than they used to be when I startet working with 8051's 15 years ago. After I couldn't find a good compiler then,
I started working on my own assembler library for recurring functions I need.
My statement was made under the assumption that the programmer has mastered the chip and knows what he is doing.
FYI: I did not use forums of any kind until recently. So I am still learning how things are done here and where to find information.
I am thankful for every useful info I can get.
