#33990 - RE: 8-Pin MCS-51\'s |
Cygnal has a 14pin DIL version of their F300 Chip around 10$. I bought some for Prototypes. Manual soldering (with a correct footprint on PCB) is possible by using hot air, use flux (?!) colophonium. Not an easy job but it works.
