I was always taught that there are two sides to every story. So far, we have heard your side and a lot of comments from the peanuts gallery. Why don't you ask "your little programmer friend, Monday" his side of the story and publish the results.

He just might have a valid reason(s) to protect himself by not giving comments to his source code, or providing flow charts, namely like not getting paid very much or to keep people from stealing from him or whatever.
