Also the software solution provide me a sanity check. The four phases must always change in the order 0-1-3-2-0 or reverse. But if the software detects a change from 0-3 or 1-2 it signals a fault and can start a recalibration. This can be the case, if big noise influence the sensor (15kV flashover on our x-ray-gun) or something was wrong on the shaft decoder contacts. Peter |
