Hi;
Please see the Max 3232. A chip by Maxim which is 3.3V. Also you should use a voltage divider. Some time ago, i used such a circuitry to interface 89c52 with Nokia 5110 Mobile phones. And also you should convert the level of signal with a HCT family buffer. Regards. |
