Radek,
you can purchase a dedicated RS-232 cable for Siemens C35i/S35 in a store. Then, at the AT89S8252 side, use "any" of RS-232 "level converter" chip (e.g from Maxim). My friend uses such solution with a success. This would help you to avoid your problems and doubts.
