If you goto http://www.conitec.de/ you can download the software that runs the Galep4 programmer.

If you open your hex file into the buffer , then goto menu->options->buffer ,and press "save as", the galep32 software will convert your intel hex into any of the common formats including .bin

Fortunately you do not have to have the programmer attached to do this.
